Booking Policy
How 360° capture appointments are confirmed, prepared, rescheduled, cancelled and completed.
Last updated: 8 September 2026
1. Booking confirmation
Preferred dates and times are entered in Malaysia time. They are requests, not confirmed appointments. VeraSpace confirms the final booking and reserves an available technician separately. The platform may place a temporary hold on the required credits and redeem a selected eligible voucher when the request is submitted.
2. Booking window
Preferred times must be at least 24 hours after the request is made. Final confirmation remains subject to service coverage and technician availability. A three-hour spacing rule may be used to account for travel and service time.
3. Preparing the property
- Confirm access, parking and building-management permission before the appointment.
- Have a responsible adult present or provide an authorised access arrangement.
- Open the areas to be captured, turn on available lighting and remove private or unsafe items.
- Notify occupants and obtain any required consent. Our technicians may pause or refuse capture where privacy, authority or safety is unclear.
4. Rescheduling
An eligible upcoming booking may be rescheduled online more than 24 hours before its scheduled start, subject to a new available slot. There is no additional rescheduling charge at that stage and the credit hold follows the revised booking.
5. Cancellation
An eligible booking cancelled online more than 24 hours before the start leaves the listing active in its current publication state, removes the 360° request, restores its held credits and reactivates an unexpired voucher. Within 24 hours, contact support. Late cancellation, inaccessible premises, no-show or refusal of access may not qualify for automatic restoration where travel or work has already occurred.
6. VeraSpace delay or cancellation
If a technician is delayed, we will try to notify the booking contact. If VeraSpace must cancel, we will offer a reasonable replacement slot or restore the affected held credits and eligible voucher. Weather, building restrictions, emergencies or events beyond reasonable control may require rescheduling.
7. Unsafe or unsuitable conditions
A technician may stop or decline work where access is unlawful, unsafe, abusive, unhygienic to a serious degree, or likely to damage equipment or violate a person’s privacy. We will assess any charge or credit restoration according to the cause and work already performed.
8. Help
For changes the platform does not allow, contact contact@veraspace.my or +60 19-944 9066 as soon as possible and quote the listing or booking reference.
9. Job information and photo handling
The assigned technician and authorised operations staff receive the job location, access instructions, relevant contact details and submitted job media needed to carry out the service. Provide only necessary instructions; avoid placing permanent access codes, identity documents or unrelated personal information in a job note. Photos upload after you confirm their selection or capture in the mobile app. Finishing the shoot submits the job for review; it does not initiate the first upload. Report unintended private content before approving publication; submitting a shoot does not itself confirm that a public tour has been published.
